IT Service Desk Technician
Role Description

An IT Service desk technician (1st line) to join a small team at a business services firm in Yorkshire.

A new role has become available due to a member of staff leaving. The role will require experience of software and hardware e.g. laptops, printers etc. You will also gain the opportunity to learn about and support specialised software such as BIM and AutoCAD.
Key Requirements
- IT service desk experience
- Must include software and hardware support
- Should have supported laptops, desktops, printers, iPads, etc.
- Should be experienced in supporting Active Directory
- Full driving license and be prepared for occasional travel to other offices based in other major cities in UK (all expenses will be paid).
Preferred
- IT certifications
Job Type: Permanent
Location: West Yorkshire + 1 day/week remote
Salary: 26k + benefits
